Duties Develop and implement strategic plans that align with organizational goals, ensuring high-quality early childhood education programs. Oversee all aspects of program operations, staff supervision, and parent engagement initiative. Ensure adherence to all state-specific education laws and licensing regulations related to early childhood education and child safety standards. Lead recruitment, training, supervision, and evaluation of staff members to foster a motivated and professional team. Provide instructional leadership by supporting teachers' professional development and implementing best practices in early childhood education. Collaborate with community partners, families, and stakeholders to promote program growth and meet the diverse needs of children and families served. Must have required clearances to work at a childcare facility and be director such as associates or bachelors degree, background check, clearances, first-aid and cpr training, etc. Skills Proven experience in school administrative leadership or as a school or childcare center director with a strong background in educational management. Expertise in strategic planning, organizational budget management, and personnel management within an educational setting. Deep understanding of state-specific education laws governing early childhood programs and licensing requirements. Demonstrated ability to provide instructional leadership in early childhood education environments. Excellent team management skills with experience supervising staff and fostering a collaborative work culture. Strong organizational skills to oversee multiple programs simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
