Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and flexible On Call In-House Nanny to provide exceptional childcare support for families in need of reliable, attentive, and proactive caregiving. Responsibilities Provide attentive supervision and care for children in the family's home during scheduled or on-call periods Prepare nutritious meals and snacks tailored to children's dietary needs and preferences Engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote learning, creativity, and social development Assist with light housekeeping tasks related to childcare, including cleaning up after meals and tidying play areas Administer basic first aid or CPR in emergency situations, following safety protocols Support children with preschool routines, toddler care, infant care, and day-to-day caregiving needs Collaborate with parents to ensure consistency in discipline, routines, and developmental milestones Skills Proven experience working with children across different age groups, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers Strong knowledge of childcare best practices, including meal preparation, diapering, and developmental activities Ability to perform cleaning duties related to childcare environments efficiently and hygienically Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is a plus Certified in first aid and CPR to ensure child safety at all times Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with parents and other caregivers Demonstrated patience, flexibility, and a positive attitude when caring for children in dynamic settings This role offers an engaging opportunity for compassionate caregivers who thrive on supporting children's growth while providing peace of mind to families.
