This role is vital in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care that promotes the safety, development, and well-being of children. The ideal candidate will possess extensive management experience within child care or related healthcare settings, demonstrating leadership, compliance with health regulations, and a passion for nurturing young minds. As an LCCA, you will coordinate staff, manage care plans, ensure regulatory adherence, and foster a positive environment for children and families alike. Your energetic approach will inspire your team to deliver exceptional care while maintaining operational excellence. Duties Lead the overall administration of the childcare facility, ensuring compliance with licensing standards and health regulation policies Supervise and support staff members, including caregivers and administrative personnel, fostering a collaborative team environment Develop, implement, and monitor individualized care plans tailored to each child's needs, including those requiring specialized memory or dementia care Oversee medication administration procedures to ensure safety and accuracy in accordance with healthcare regulations Maintain detailed documentation related to child development, incident reports, and regulatory compliance using Microsoft Office tools Manage financial aspects such as budgeting, financial management, and resource allocation to support facility operations Collaborate with healthcare professionals for residents with developmental disabilities or special needs to ensure comprehensive care services are provided Ensure facility operations adhere to long-term care regulations and assisted living standards Experience Proven management experience within licensed child care facilities or senior living environments with a focus on long-term care or assisted living settings Extensive knowledge of health regulation policies related to childcare and senior care facilities Demonstrated leadership in supervising teams within healthcare or residential care settings Experience working with individuals requiring Alzheimer's care, dementia care, or memory support services Familiarity with healthcare financial management, budgeting, and operational oversight in a residential or community-based setting Strong background in nursing home administration or nursing leadership roles is highly desirable Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for documentation, reporting, and communication purposes Join us as an Licensed Child-Care Administrator to make a meaningful difference in children's lives while leading a compassionate team dedicated to excellence in care.
