This is a hands-on leadership role. Unlike many childcare management positions, our manager works directly with children every day while also helping oversee staff, communicate with families, and ensure smooth daily operations. We're looking for someone who loves children, enjoys building relationships with families, and takes pride in creating a safe, clean, welcoming environment. What You'll Do Provide direct care and supervision for children ages 6 weeks to 12 years Serve as a friendly and professional point of contact for parents Ensure licensing and safety standards are followed Handle parent questions, concerns, and enrollment inquiries Create a positive, team-oriented culture What We're Looking For Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Excellent communication and customer service skills Experience working with children required Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Leadership experience preferred, but not required Childcare, preschool, nanny, camp, customer service, hospitality, or management experience all considered Requirements Must be at least 18 years old High school diploma or equivalent Ability to pass all required background checks Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and actively engage with children throughout the day

From $17.00 per hour
