There will be TWO caregivers for Three Children. We are seeking a compassionate and responsible Babysitter/Nanny to provide exceptional care for children in a nurturing environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in childcare and a passion for educating and engaging with children. This role involves not only supervising children but also creating a safe, fun, and educational atmosphere that promotes their growth and development. Responsibilities Provide attentive and loving care for infants and children of various ages. Plan and engage in age-appropriate activities that stimulate learning and creativity. Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times. Prepare meals and snacks, adhering to any dietary restrictions or preferences. Assist with light housekeeping duties related to the children's activities, including cleaning play areas and organizing toys. Maintain open communication with parents regarding children's progress, behavior, and any concerns. Administer first aid when necessary and respond effectively to emergencies. Support children's daily routines, including nap times, playtime, and educational activities. Qualifications Proven experience in childcare, babysitting, or nannying is preferred. Knowledge of infant care practices is essential. Certification in First Aid and CPR is highly desirable. Strong caregiving skills with the ability to educate and engage children effectively. Experience working with children in daycare or similar settings is a plus. Ability to maintain a clean and organized environment conducive to child development. Excellent communication skills, patience, and a positive attitude are crucial for this role.
