Star Harbor Care is looking for warm, dependable caregivers to join our team providing in-home childcare in the Addison, Farmer's Branch, Coppell, North Dallas, TX area. Responsibilities:

Provide attentive, nurturing in-home childcare during scheduled pick-up shifts Supervise children's safety and well-being at all times in the home environment Engage children in age-appropriate activities, play, and learning experiences Assist with meals, snacks, and basic hygiene routines as needed Communicate clearly and professionally with parents and guardians regarding the child's day Maintain a safe, clean, and organized care environment Follow family-specific routines, preferences, and care instructions

Requirements:

Prior experience in childcare, babysitting, nannying, or a related caregiving role Reliable, punctual, and able to pick up shifts on a flexible schedule Strong communication skills and a warm, patient demeanor with children Must pass background check Must have CPR and First Aid certification Trustworthy, professional, and comfortable working independently in a home setting Must be located in or near Addison, Farmers Branch, Coppell, North Dallas TX areas Must have reliable transportation

About Shifts:

Shifts are 6-8 Hours Shifts can start as early as 7 AM Shifts can be in the evenings occasionally but not overnight
