Summary:

We are seeking a a warm, nurturing, calm, and mature ROTA nanny to join their active and loving household and provide exceptional care for three wonderful children. This position will rotate with their existing long-term nanny, and the family is looking for someone who will complement their positive dynamic and become a trusted, long-term member of the household team. The ideal candidate genuinely adores children and brings a patient, grounded, fun-loving presence while maintaining healthy boundaries and strong emotional intelligence. The parents are very hands-on and present, so they are looking for someone who enjoys working alongside involved parents and supporting the family's preferences and busy schedule rather than parenting in their place. A strong work ethic, excellent communication, good judgment, and the ability to read the room are essential. The right person will be proactive, detail-oriented, flexible, and able to anticipate the family's needs while also respecting their private family time. A background in education, hospitality, private service, or yacht crew is a plus. The family values someone who is receptive to learning their preferences, service-oriented, and genuinely kind and positive. They have a history of nannies staying for 4+ years and are looking for someone interested in building a similarly stable, long-term relationship. The family enjoys an active lifestyle and extensive travel, so the ideal candidate should be excited to travel domestically and internationally with them.

Required Skills:

The nanny should be comfortable cooking for children, using healthy ingredients, and supporting food sensitivities and the family's nutritional preferences. Candidates must be passport-ready and able to work independently in a busy household. A nanny car is provided, and relocation costs to Austin will be covered for the right candidate. The position offers highly competitive compensation with overtime, PPO health insurance with the monthly premium covered, and a full matching 401(k) plan.
