Nanny Needed - Dallas, TX (3 Months) | Possible Live-In Transition to San Francisco We're looking for a warm, experienced nanny for our 15-month-old daughter, starting with a 3-month live-out position in Dallas, TX. We're hands-on, engaged parents who also run our own businesses, so we need reliable support during normal working hours to give our daughter consistent, attentive care while we work.

Live-out position in Dallas, TX to start Approx. 3-month commitment (exact dates flexible) Full-time, standard weekday working hours Care for one child (15 months old) Possible extension: Our family is relocating to San Francisco after this period, and for the right fit, we'd love to discuss a live-in role continuing there. This is fully optional — you're welcome to apply for just the Dallas period. We'd love someone who: Has genuine experience with toddlers, ideally infants through age 2 Has familiarity with or interest in Waldorf-inspired childcare (natural materials, unhurried rhythm, limited screen time, imaginative play) Is warm, patient, proactive, and comfortable taking initiative Has strong references and relevant certifications (CPR/First Aid a plus) Also welcome: If you're based in San Francisco and interested in a live-in nanny role starting in a few months, please reach out — we'd love to connect early.
