Nanny Responsibilities Depending on the placement, responsibilities may include: Providing attentive, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate childcare Maintaining a safe, structured, and positive environment Preparing children's meals, bottles, and snacks Supporting nap, feeding, school, and daily routines Planning age-appropriate activities, crafts, educational experiences, and outings Assisting with child-related light housekeeping, including children's laundry, bottles, dishes, and play areas Transporting children to school, activities, appointments, or approved outings when required Providing parents with appropriate updates regarding the child's day Maintaining professional and consistent communication with families and Honey Bee Nanny Co. Following all family and agency safety expectations and childcare policies Required Qualifications Candidates must have: At least 2 years of professional childcare experience Current CPR/AED and First Aid certification Valid driver's license Reliable transportation Ability to successfully complete required background and safety screenings Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional, dependable, and punctual work habits Ability to maintain appropriate confidentiality and professional boundaries Preferred Qualifications We especially welcome candidates with: A genuine passion for working with children and families Early Childhood Education experience Newborn or infant care experience Special needs childcare experience Previous professional nanny experience Bilingual language skills
Compensation & Opportunities Pay Range:
$18.00-$26.00 per hour Compensation varies based on experience, qualifications, placement requirements, and specialized childcare skills.
