Position Overview A loving family in Hickory Creek, TX is looking for a warm, energetic, and dependable long-term nanny to care for their two young daughters (8 months and 3 years old). The primary focus of this role is high-quality care for the baby, alongside engaging learning and play for the toddler. Mom works a standard schedule, while Dad works variable ER shifts (and may occasionally be sleeping during the day), so clear communication and a calm presence are essential.
Key Responsibilities Childcare & Engagement:
Lead fun, age-appropriate developmental activities, outdoor play, walks, and swimming.
Daily Routines:
Maintain predictable nap, feeding, and play schedules; prepare nutritious meals for the children.
Transport:
Safely drive the girls to local activities, appointments, or parks as needed.
Parent Communication:
Keep parents updated throughout the day with regular messages and photos.
Light Household Help:
Handle children's laundry, dishes, counter/table tidying, toy cleanup, and basic vacuuming.
Pet Care:
Maintain food and water bowls for the family's friendly, sweet German Shorthaired Pointer.
Requirements Age:
