$25•$40/hour, based on education and experience

Role:

This West University family is seeking a calm, organized, and intentional Nanny or Educator to support their infant and preschooler. They are looking for someone who can plan meaningful activities, prepare materials ahead of time, and bring developmental purpose to the children's days. This is a collaborative, multi-generational household with involved grandparents and a full-time housekeeper. The right candidate will be flexible, observant, and confident enough to step in, step back, or pivot as the day changes.

Key Responsibilities:

Create intentional, developmentally rich days for both children Plan play-based activities that support learning and exploration Support preschool enrichment and school readiness Support infant development through sensory, motor, verbal, and social activities Prepare materials and activities ahead of time

Ideal Candidate:

A warm, capable, and highly intentional Nanny or Educator who enjoys planning purposeful days for young children. You are proactive, organized, adaptable, and able to follow through without needing frequent direction. This family will appreciate someone who is team oriented, mature, and comfortable working alongside parents, grandparents, and household staff. Cantonese or Japanese fluency would be a big plus.

Requirements:

At least 5 years of professional childcare experience Ability to support an infant and preschooler with intention Comfortable planning activities and preparing materials Easygoing and adaptable in a multi-adult household Strong judgment and clear communication
