Dad has a hybrid schedule and works from home 2 to 3 days a week in a separate office space, while being mindful of the nanny's space and role throughout the day. Open communication and honesty are key. The nanny should be comfortable taking ownership of the day while keeping the family informed about anything important. The family is looking for someone who is genuine, trustworthy, and grounded and who approaches their work with honesty, integrity, and authenticity.

Dad is raising three unique personalities who are each entering exciting stages of childhood, and he's looking for someone who genuinely enjoys building relationships with children of different ages while creating a calm, engaging environment each afternoon. His oldest daughter is an independent, intelligent eleven-year-old with a love for science, engineering, building projects, and staying active. She enjoys being challenged, thrives when meaningfully engaged, and is naturally helpful around the house. Like many preteens, she occasionally needs support regulating big emotions and benefits from patient, consistent guidance. His seven-year-old daughter is incredibly affectionate, creative, and thoughtful. She loves crafts, building projects, and imaginative play. While she can sometimes be stubborn or seek extra attention, she's making wonderful strides in emotional maturity and enjoys caregivers who encourage her creativity while providing gentle structure. The youngest member of the family is an adventurous two-year-old who loves helping with whatever everyone else is doing. Curious, playful, and fearless, he enjoys hands-on activities, snuggles, and exploring the world around him. He keeps everyone on their toes and requires an attentive caregiver who embraces toddler curiosity while maintaining a safe environment.Family Environment:
