A Cup of Tea Nanny Agency is seeking a professional, dependable, nurturing, and organized caregiver for a full-time opportunity supporting two families participating in a shared childcare arrangement. This position combines hands-on childcare with Family Assistant support and is ideal for someone who enjoys helping families stay organized and running smoothly.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide attentive and nurturing care for the children Manage daily routines, activities, and transitions Prepare simple meals and snacks School/child-related transportation as needed Run occasional family-related errands Grocery shopping and other approved errands Help with organization and light household support Keep children's areas organized Provide Family Assistant support as needed Support both families in maintaining a smooth daily routine

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Competitive pay based on professional childcare experience and/or nanny experience. Possible benefits depending on education and professional childcare and/or nanny experience.
