After School Program Attendant Looking for a fun, rewarding, and flexible job that works around your schedule? Join our team at The Link Event & Recreation Center in Richland Hills, TX!

Schedule & Flexibility School Year Hours:

Work 3-4 hours a day between 3-7 PM, Monday through Friday.

Holidays & Summers:

Pick up longer shifts (4-8 hours) during school breaks and full-day camps (7 AM-7 PM).

Flexible Scheduling:

We know your school schedule comes first—we'll work with you! Work up to 1,000 hours/year (January-December) at your pace.

Pay & Perks Starting Pay:

$10.31/hr (no experience) up to $12.89/hr (with experience & qualifications).

Holiday Pay:

Earn double pay on city-observed holidays!

Extra Bonus:

Up to $300/year in additional pay (non-longevity). Annual Raises typically given every October.

Bring your child (ages 4-12) to camp or after-school care for free during your shift (if space allows).

What You'll Be Doing:

As an After School Program Attendant , you'll: Engage with kids ages 5-12 through games, crafts, and activities. Help lead daily programming both inside The Link and on field trips. Communicate with parents and help maintain a safe, high-energy environment. Help set up and clean up spaces for programs and rentals. Occasionally assist with transporting kids to and from school or events. Be part of a collaborative, energetic team that values professionalism and fun!

What You'll Need:

Must be at least 16 years old . Must pass a criminal background check (ages 18+) and drug screen Must have reliable transportation (and be willing to drive if needed).
