We follow a consistent, disciplined daily routine with detailed written guidelines to keep our daughter safe, happy, and thriving. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys structured toddler care and wants to become a long-term part of our household. Dad works from home; Mom works in the office, and we live in Bellaire near great parks and in a fun community! Key Responsibilities Provide full daily care: prepare meals, milk feedings, diaper changes, active play, and safe sleep routines. Log all feedings, sleep, and diapers in our baby tracking app Engage baby in developmental play including walking, reading books, music, and interactive activities Spend quality time with our child to advance her development actively Handle all baby laundry, bottle cleaning/organization with our bottle washer, and baby related tidying Follow safety protocols at all times Communicate daily with parents Requirements Previous professional nanny or toddler-care experience Highly organized and committed to following detailed routines and instructions Demonstrated ability to care for toddlers through preschool-aged children with patience and enthusiasm Knowledge of child development principles and age-specific caregiving techniques Experience in meal preparation suitable for young children and managing dietary restrictions or allergies Positive attitude and willing to take directions from parents Familiarity with safety procedures including first aid certification, CPR and emergency response protocols.
