This pivotal role combines strategic leadership with hands-on management to create a nurturing, safe, and enriching environment for children, families, and staff. As an LCCA, you will ensure compliance with licensing standards, foster community relationships, and drive program excellence through innovative curriculum development and effective administrative practices. Your energetic approach will inspire your team and support the growth of young learners in a vibrant educational setting. Duties Lead the development and implementation of engaging, developmentally appropriate curricula that meet licensing requirements and support children's growth Manage all aspects of center operations, including budgeting, resource allocation, and compliance with state and local regulations Supervise staff members through coaching, performance evaluations, and professional development initiatives to maintain high-quality care and education standards Oversee fundraising efforts to secure resources that enhance program offerings and facility improvements Collaborate with community partners and stakeholders to strengthen relationships and promote the center's mission Develop strategic plans for program expansion, quality improvement, and community engagement Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment by conducting regular safety inspections and maintaining health protocols Provide public speaking engagements to promote the center's programs and advocate for early childhood education Skills Strong background in curriculum development tailored to early childhood education Proven experience in fundraising, grant writing, or resource development to support program sustainability Excellent strategic planning abilities with a focus on long-term growth and quality enhancement Skilled in budgeting, financial management, and resource allocation within an educational setting Demonstrated leadership capabilities in senior management roles with a focus on team supervision and staff development Extensive management experience overseeing multiple staff members in an education or childcare environment Hands-on classroom experience working directly with young children and understanding their developmental needs Effective public speaking skills to communicate confidently with families, community partners, and stakeholders Experience in education administration with knowledge of licensing standards and compliance requirements Join us as an LCCA to make a meaningful impact on early childhood development while leading a passionate team dedicated to creating positive learning experiences.
