Job Description

Overview We are seeking an experienced, motivated Managing Partner / Childcare Center Director to lead the daily operations and growth of our licensed childcare center. This is not simply a traditional director position. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the center, build enrollment, lead staff, maintain licensing compliance, develop relationships within the community, and help grow the center into a strong and sustainable childcare program. The ideal candidate is someone who understands both childcare and business operations and is excited about the opportunity to help build and grow a center. Candidates should have:
Previous childcare center leadership or director experience Knowledge of childcare licensing and compliance requirements Strong staff management and organizational skills Experience with enrollment, parent relations, or community outreach Ability to independently manage daily center operations Strong communication and problem-solving skills Business-minded approach to enrollment, staffing, expenses, and growth Required childcare credentials and background screening eligibility Experience successfully increasing enrollment or helping grow a childcare center is strongly preferred. Managing Partner Opportunity We are especially interested in candidates who want more than a traditional director role. For the right individual, this position can develop into a Managing Partner relationship, providing greater responsibility for the center's operations, growth, and long-term success. We want someone who will treat the center as something they are helping build not simply a place where they work. Success in This Position During the first several months, success will be measured by establishing consistent center operations, maintaining licensing compliance, building a dependable staff, increasing enrollment, strengthening family relationships, and creating a clear plan for sustainable growth.
