We are looking for an organized, dependable, and enthusiastic Childcare Manager who is passionate about creating a safe, welcoming, and fun environment for the children of our members. This role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our childcare department, including scheduling staff, hiring and training team members, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, communicating with parents, and ensuring every family has an exceptional experience. The ideal candidate is a natural leader who enjoys working with both children and people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in building a positive team culture. This is a hands-on management position where you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our members and help create one of the best childcare programs in the area.
Responsibilities:
Manage the daily operations of the childcare department. Hire, train, schedule, and lead childcare staff. Ensure a clean, safe, and engaging environment for children. Build positive relationships with parents and members. Maintain staff coverage and booking availability. Handle childcare concerns professionally and efficiently. Ensure all policies and safety procedures are followed. Work alongside the childcare team as needed.
Qualifications:
Previous childcare experience required. Management or leadership experience preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills. Reliable, professional, and self-motivated. CPR/First Aid certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain). Ability to multitask and lead by example.
