10, 8, 2 A busy Arlington family is seeking a warm, energetic, and experienced nanny to care for their three children, ages 10, 8, and 2, beginning ASAP. The primary focus will be providing attentive, engaging care for their 2-year-old, including picking him up from playgroup twice a week, while also supporting the older children after school and on days off. Responsibilities include picking up the older children from school in DC and driving them to activities throughout DC and Arlington using the family vehicle, preparing meals and snacks, and helping with child-related household tasks such as children's laundry, dishes, tidying, and keeping their spaces organized. The ideal candidate has significant toddler experience, is confident managing multiple children of different ages, and can create a structured, fun, and nurturing environment. The family hopes to find someone dependable, professional, organized, and genuinely passionate about children who can become a trusted and valued part of their family for the long term.Qualifications:
At least 5 years of professional nannying experience (experience with multiple children is a plus) Must be legal to work in the US Experience and knowledge around developmental milestones Local to the DC-metro area (DC, MD, VA) Licensed driver with a clean driving record & carCPR/First Aid Certification Pay:
