About Our Family We are a loving family looking for a reliable, nurturing, and professional full-time nanny to join our home. Mom is a stay-at-home parent, so care will typically be focused on one child at a time—either our energetic 2-year-old toddler or our sweet 3-month-old infant.
Key Responsibilities Childcare:
Provide attentive, engaging, and loving care (diapering, bottle/meal prep, feeding, and maintaining daily routines).
Outdoor & Active Play:
Take our toddler to nearby parks, playgrounds, and outdoor walks.
Developmental Activities:
Encourage age-appropriate learning, curiosity, and independent play.
Light Household Support:
Assist with basic child-related chores during downtime (e.g., loading/unloading the dishwasher, tidying up play areas, and keeping nursery spaces organized).
What We Are Looking For Punctual & Dependable:
Strong work ethic and commitment to a consistent 40-hour schedule.
Experience:
Proven experience caring for toddlers and infants.
Montessori Familiarity:
Knowledge or appreciation of Montessori principles (fostering independence, child-led exploration, and respectful communication) is highly valued.
Safety First:
CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to obtain).
Clear Communicator:
Comfortable working as a supportive team alongside a stay-at-home mom Requirements Legally authorized to work in the US. Reliable transportation to and from work. References from previous childcare positions.
Pay:
$22.00 - $25.00 per hour
