$20-$22 per hour TLC Family Care is hiring dependable and caring Babysitters and Childcare Providers to provide in-home childcare for families throughout the Chantilly and Northern Virginia (NoVA) area . This position is focused on childcare , including providing safe, engaging, and dependable care for children of various ages. Pay & Benefits Weekly direct deposit every Friday $20/hour for 1-2 children $21/hour for 3 children $22/hour for 4 children Paid Time Off (1 hour earned for every 30 hours worked) Overtime pay for hours worked over 40 per week Holiday pay for most nationally observed holidays Free telehealth primary care Health care advocate services 401(k) with company match after eligibility Referral bonuses and travel incentives 24/7 caregiver support Schedule We're looking for caregivers who can: Work 2-5 weekdays (Monday-Friday) Be available between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM Work 8-hour shifts Commit for at least 3 months Responsibilities Provide attentive, in-home childcare Plan fun and age-appropriate activities Assist with meals, snacks, naps, and daily routines Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment Support children's learning and development through play Communicate with parents throughout the day Qualifications At least 18 years old Minimum of 1 year of childcare experience (babysitting, nannying, daycare, preschool, or similar) Two professional childcare references Child, Infant & Adult CPR and First Aid certification before employment Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Excellent communication and texting skills Authorized to work in the United States Complete TLC's online orientation before your first assignment Bring your childcare experience to a role where you can make a positive difference for local children and families every day. #INDHP1Job Types:
