Our families are typically looking for caregivers who are nurturing, engaging, communicative, and excited to support children's growth and development in a loving home environment. Opportunities may include full-time, part-time, short-term, and long-term nanny positions , depending on each family's needs. Wise Steps Consulting supports candidates throughout the matching and interview process. Nannies are hired directly by individual families, and there is no fee for candidates to join our nanny network or be considered for placements.
