Pay:
$15/hour — High School Diploma/GED $20-$25/hour — Degree + relevant experience What You'll Do You'll help create a safe, structured, and supportive environment for youth receiving residential treatment services.
Responsibilities include:
Supervising and supporting residents during daily activities Managing behaviors using approved interventions and de-escalation techniques Supporting life skills, individualized service plans, and treatment goals Completing accurate daily documentation and resident records Administering medication as required Transporting residents to appointments and activities as needed Communicating effectively with supervisors and the treatment team Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or GED At least 1 year of experience working with children, adolescents, or young adults Strong communication skills and ability to maintain appropriate professional boundaries Dependable, able to exercise sound judgment, and remain calm in challenging situations Ability to follow policies, safety procedures, behavioral support plans, and supervisory direction Ability to complete required documentation accurately and on time Ability to successfully complete required background checks, screenings, orientation, and training Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record, if required for resident transportation Preferred Qualifications Associate degree or higher in human services, social work, psychology, counseling, education, criminal justice, behavioral health, or a related field Experience in a residential, group home, behavioral health, foster care, developmental disability, or similar human-services setting Experience with behavior management, de-escalation, trauma-informed care, or crisis intervention Experience with service plans, resident documentation, medication administration, or incident reporting CPR/First Aid, medication administration, or crisis intervention training/certification is a plus Ready to make a difference?
