Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the child care center
• Implement educational programs and activities for children
• Ensure a safe and nurturing environment for all children
• Supervise and support child care staff
• Maintain open communication with parents and families
• Manage administrative tasks such as budgeting, scheduling, and record keeping

Experience:

• Previous experience working with children in a child care or educational setting
• Strong knowledge of child development principles and practices
• Ability to create and implement age-appropriate curriculum
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
