Job Description

Job Overview We are looking for a warm, reliable, and experienced full-time nanny to care for two babies in a loving home environment. The ideal candidate is nurturing, patient, safety-conscious, and comfortable caring for infants on a shared schedule.

Two babies, close in age, 1 year old, and 10 months. Responsibilities The nanny will be responsible for providing attentive, loving care for both babies throughout the day. Duties include feeding bottles and solids, diaper changes, following nap schedules, soothing, age-appropriate play, tummy time, outdoor walks, reading books, singing songs, and supporting developmental milestones. The nanny will also help keep the babies' areas clean and organized, including washing bottles, cleaning high chairs, tidying play areas, and doing baby-related laundry as needed. Requirements We are looking for someone who has experience caring for infants, especially multiple children or nanny-share experience. Preschool teacher experience is preferred. CPR and First Aid certification are needed. The nanny should be dependable, gentle, patient, communicative, and comfortable following each family's preferences and routines. Ideal Candidate Our ideal nanny is someone who truly enjoys working with babies and can create a calm, safe, and loving daily rhythm. We would love someone who is engaging, talks and sings to the babies, reads books, encourages movement and exploration, and has experience supporting young children's early development. A background in preschool, early childhood education, Montessori, daycare, or classroom teaching would be a plus.
Benefits:
