Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Infant Nanny to provide exceptional care for infants and young children in a nurturing, safe, and engaging environment. Duties Provide attentive, loving care tailored to the unique needs of infants and toddlers, including feeding, diapering, and comforting Prepare nutritious meals and snacks suitable for infants' dietary requirements and developmental stages Engage children with age-appropriate activities that promote learning, socialization, and motor skills development Maintain a clean and organized environment through regular cleaning of toys, play areas, and caregiving supplies Administer basic first aid and CPR when necessary, following safety protocols to ensure child safety at all times Support children with developmental challenges or disabilities by implementing personalized care strategies in collaboration with families or specialists Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's progress, milestones, and daily activities Skills Extensive experience in infant and toddler care, including preschool experience and daycare background Strong knowledge of child development principles and age-specific caregiving techniques Proficiency in meal preparation and feeding routines for young children with special dietary needs Ability to perform cleaning tasks related to childcare environments efficiently and hygienically Certification in CPR and First Aid to respond confidently during emergencies Skilled in working with children with disabilities or special needs with patience and understanding Excellent communication skills for collaborating effectively with families, teaching staff, or healthcare providers Join us in making a meaningful difference in the lives of children!
