Part-Time 3rd Shift Child Care Staff (Hiring Immediately!) Beginning Today Youth Services (BTYS) is hiring Part-Time 3rd Shift Child Care Staff to join our team in Halifax, VA . 11:00 PM
  • 7:00 AM (3rd Shift)
Hours:
Part-time, up to 39 hours per week
Schedule Requirements:
Must be available to work every other weekend Pay $15/hour
  • High School Diploma/GED $20
  • 25/hour
  • Degree (based on qualifications and experience) What You'll Do As a Child Care Staff Member, you'll help provide a safe, structured, and supportive environment for youth receiving residential treatment services.
Responsibilities include:
Supervising and ensuring the safety and well-being of residents Managing resident behavior using approved interventions Assisting residents in developing positive habits and life skills Completing daily activity logs and progress documentation Administering medication as required Transporting residents to appointments when needed Maintaining accurate medication and resident records Supporting individualized service plans and treatment goals Collaborating with supervisors and the treatment team to provide quality care Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or GED At least six (6) months of experience working with children Preferred Qualifications Associate degree or higher Six (6) months of direct experience working with individuals with disabilities (paid or volunteer) Relevant experience may be considered with additional on-the-job training Apply Today!
