Job Description
We are seeking after school support for Kindergarten and 3rd grade boys in Mclean, VA. We are new to Virginia! Back in Colorado we had a wonderful empty nester who helped us out after school for about 16 hours a week. Our Kindergartner gets out of school one mile away at 3:20pm and we need someone to pick him up (our car or their car or on foot); our third grader gets dropped off by the bus around 4:30pm at which point he needs to be driven to soccer. After that we just need someone generally at the house with our Kindergartner! Giving him snack and playing or reading with him. Would be done by 6:30pm each day (or 7pm if preferred and there is an extra activity to pick up from). We definitely need Monday-Thursday, and could add Friday if desired, but likely wouldn't need till 6:30pm. We have two older girls who are self sufficient (ages 10 and 11), and only occasionally will they need rides home from the bus stop due to inclement weather, but Mom and Dad believe they can handle that! We will pay $27-33/hr depending on experience
