Monday-Friday, daytime hours About the Position We are looking for caring, dependable nannies and caregivers to provide in-home childcare for infants and toddlers with local families in Mill Creek and the greater Seattle area. This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with young children and wants consistent childcare work with daytime hours. Both full-time and part-time scheduling opportunities may be available based on family needs and caregiver availability. Responsibilities Provide safe, attentive, and nurturing care for infants and toddlers Follow feeding, nap, and daily routines Prepare and supervise age-appropriate activities Encourage learning through reading, play, and everyday activities Communicate with parents about the child's day Maintain a safe, clean, and positive environment Follow family routines and childcare instructions Schedule Monday-Friday availability preferred Shifts generally fall between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM Typical shifts are 6-9 hours Hours vary based on family needs and caregiver availability Opportunities may be available for consistent weekly schedules Qualifications At least 1 year of childcare experience preferred Experience caring for infants and toddlers preferred Reliable and dependable Professional and responsible Strong communication skills Reliable transportation Valid driver's license At least 18 years old Able to provide 3 references, including 2 childcare-related references and 1 character reference Relevant experience may include nannying, babysitting, daycare, preschool, church nursery, early childhood education, or other regular childcare.
