Job Description

We are looking for a warm, reliable, and proactive Family Assistant/Nanny for our two children, ages 2 and 4.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8 AM-2
PM Pay:
$30-$36/hour, depending on experience
Hours:
30-40 hours/week Responsibilities Provide attentive, hands-on care for two young children Drive children to school and activities Prepare simple meals and snacks Plan age-appropriate activities and outdoor play Follow established routines, including nap time Help with children's laundry, dishes, and keeping play areas organized Light household cleaning and occasional grocery/errand support Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment What We're Looking For Warm, patient, and dependable Proactive and comfortable working independently Confident caring for two young children Comfortable setting calm, consistent boundaries Able to handle tantrums and challenging behavior without simply giving in Good communication and judgment Valid driver's license and safe driving record Prior nanny, preschool, daycare, or early childhood experience preferred CPR/First Aid preferred Our Parenting Style We value a caregiver who is loving and empathetic while maintaining consistent boundaries . We want someone who can acknowledge children's feelings, help them regulate, and still follow through with reasonable limits.
Screen time:
No screens for our 2-year-old. Our 4-year-old may occasionally have up to 30 minutes of educational screen time, primarily on rainy days. We are looking for someone who can become a trusted, long-term member of our family.
Benefits:
Paid time off and paid sick leave.
Pay:
$30.00 - $36.00 per hour
