Monday-Tuesday:

Half days, with some flexibility (open to full days)

Wednesday-Friday:

Responsibilities Provide attentive, nurturing care for the infant Follow the family's established routines, parenting preferences, and safety guidelines Engage the baby in age-appropriate play, reading, and developmental activities Closely supervise the baby during naps, as he is mobile and actively rolling and crawling Prepare simple meals and snacks for the baby and warm prepared food Baby-related laundry and organization Keep the baby's play areas tidy and organized Help with light household tasks when time permits, such as folding laundry and unloading the dishwasher Occasionally let the family dog into the enclosed yard when both parents are away Potentially assist with driving the child to activities as he gets older Ideal Candidate The ideal nanny will be: Experienced and confident with infants Warm, gentle, patient, and nurturing Knowledgeable about infant safety and development Attentive and engaged, particularly during nap times Comfortable following parental direction and established household guidelines Respectful of the parents' role and parenting philosophy A clear and proactive communicator Comfortable with a Montessori-inspired approach Bilingual in English and Spanish, with a preference for a native Spanish speaker Vaccinated, including COVID, Tdap, and flu , with documentation available Additional Details The family has a friendly corgi who generally stays separate from the baby and nanny.
