Schedule:
Monday through Friday, core business hours. Our center is open 6a - 6p. Position Overview The Child Care Center manager is responsible for the business functions of the Child Care Center and maintaining compliance with all regulatory standards while supporting the mission and business objectives of Gundersen Health System. The manager provides leadership and oversight in areas of program implementation, and fiscal management. The manager also ensures that the program standards are met in all areas, including food service, facilities, the hiring and supervision of staff, and classroom curriculum, while providing leadership for the ongoing development of program quality and the identification of opportunities for operational efficiencies. What You'll Do Provide operational and administrative leadership for the Child Care Center Lead and develop a team of approximately 30 employees Partner with key stakeholders to achieve quality, service, financial, and strategic objectives. Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Lead change management efforts and help implement new programs, pilots, and system initiatives. What You'll Bring Required Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education from a post-secondary program approved by the Department of Social Services 3-4 years of daycare experience including 1 year in a leadership role.
