We are seeking a Child Care Kitchen Technician to join our growing and thriving organization. What's Available:
0.6 FTE (24 hours/week)
Day Shift, Monday-Friday Location:
Onsite, Child Care Center Part-time opportunity with a consistent weekday schedule What you will do: Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks for children in accordance with childcare center guidelines and nutritional standards. Maintain kitchen cleanliness and sanitation, including food preparation areas, equipment, and storage spaces. Follow food safety procedures, proper handling practices, and state licensing requirements. Monitor inventory, rotate supplies, and assist with ordering food and kitchen products. Accommodate special dietary needs and allergies as directed. Collaborate with childcare staff to support meal service and promote a positive dining experience for children.

Previous food service, kitchen, dietary, childcare, or related experience preferred. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices. Ability to work independently while maintaining organization and attention to detail. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to meet physical requirements related to standing, lifting, and food preparation activities.
