Job Description

We are seeking overnight and weekend staff at both of our maternity and parenting homes, The Elizabeth House in Madison and in Marshall, WI. This is a faith-based, not for profit program. All applicants must align with our statement of Faith, Mission, and Vision, and Statement of Principles. This overnight and weekend shift work provides an opportunity to support and encourage a diverse group of women who live with us during a transitional period in their lives as they seek to build stability and independence. org Essential duties includes:
Answer door buzzes and allow authorized people in Ensure all residents are accounted for by curfew Set the security alarm each night. Eat dinner with the residents and supervise evening chores Providing conflict resolution if needed to ensure a peaceful and respectful home. Respond to overnight emergencies and call cabs and/or 911 if needed. Encourage and support residents, lend a hand when needed, speak with love and kindness. You will have a private room and bathroom to sleep in. This is a sleeping shift. You do not have to stay awake all night. Infant and child CPR certification or willing to obtain. Natural and good communicator. Ability to coach individuals Must show evidence of a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and demonstrate a strong Christian life.
