POSITION DESCRIPTION

Burn Boot Camp is looking for caring and compassionate Childwatch workers who have experience caring for children ages eight weeks to twelve years old. We are committed to providing top quality care and a welcoming environment that reflects the Burn commitment to the community. Our goal is to enhance the lives of every child that attends our facility and ensure a safe, engaging, and clean environment.

ROLES & RESPONSIBLITY

Create a safe and nurturing environment for children in a 45-minute daycare style setting. Organizing and participating in recreational activities, such as games and arts and crafts. Supervise children during playtime. Manage children's behavior and promote positive social interactions. Maintain a clean and organized play area. Follow all health and safety protocols to ensure the well-being of the children. Disinfect and clean the toys and area Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to multi-task and stay organized. Sanitizes toys, play equipment and completes the daily cleaning checklist Have weekly touch points with the Operations Manager to align on current focuses, organize events or games and arts and crafts. Answer any questions regarding Childwatch to parents and prospective members Able to lift 30-40 pounds

REQUIREMENTS

Previous experience in childcare, babysitting, nannying, or a related field is preferred. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and team members. Current CPR and First Aid certification preferred, or able to get one within 90 days of hire

SCHEDULE SATURDAY ROTATION AVAILABILITY REQUIRED LOOKING FOR LONG TERM EMPLOYEE

(work through & after the holiday season) Morning shift availability

REQUIRED

(8:15am-11am) Evening shift availability optional (4:15pm-7pm) Rotate Saturday mornings (7:45am-10:30am)
