Next-Gen Pastor River Church Position Information The Next-Gen Pastor position primarily focuses on the youth and young adult activities. The purpose of this position is to build and maintain a healthy youth group and oversee the children's ministry. The applicant must have a strong desire to work with children, youth, and young adults to foster growth. The ability to work with whole families to provide support and build relationships is important to this role.
