RESPONSIBILITIES

Offer direct spiritual counseling, prayer, and pastoral services to patients and families, arranging as per their needs. Assist patients and families in adapting to end-of-life diagnoses by providing emotional support. Support patients' families during times of grief or crisis by offering psychological counseling, spiritual guidance, and related services. Help patients explore emotions concerning end-of-life and suffering, providing comfort. Provide support for patients experiencing anxiety or depression. Collaborate with the medical team to ensure patients receive appropriate care. Provide information to patients and families about pain management, end-of-life care, and advance directives. Participate in and attend interdisciplinary team meetings.

QUALIFICATIONS

Good observation skill Outstanding ability to prioritize in a setting that is fast-paced at times Strong interpersonal and communication skills People skills Proactive, strong work ethic, and excellent coach-ability Motivation for sales Chinese Bilingual preferred due to the patient's demographic.
