NextGen Summer Intern (Part-Time) Radiant Life Church of Lodi, CA, is an intergenerational church seeking a NextGen Summer Intern. We are a healthy congregation seeing new growth, and our NextGen Intern will provide solutions for middle school and high school students while also assisting the Lead Pastor in improving the vitality and effectiveness of our church. Responsibilities:

Mon

• Thurs.

8:30am-11:30am; Sun. 7:30am-11:30am Cooperate with Lead Pastor to provide mature leadership for youth Develop activities and programming that will strengthen relationships and facilitate spiritual growth Plan and execute a significant project or event that will benefit teens in the church/city Partner with other interns to develop a school assembly to be implemented in the future Participate in church-wide events, services & initiatives Other tasks as assigned by Lead Pastor What makes a great candidate:

• Capable of playing guitar and/or keyboard while leading worship
• History of launching successful initiatives
• Ability to converse and/or teach in Spanish
• Video production
• Graphic design
• Construction

• Writing Base Qualifications:

• Evidence of a born-again experience in Jesus Christ
• Water Baptism by immersion
• Evident pursuit of a consistent Christian life
• Personal alignment with the Fundamental Truths of The Assemblies of God
• Personal support of the church with tithe and offerings
• Submission to the authority of the Lead Pastor & Church Board
• Evidence of divine call to ministry leadership
• Emotionally healthy & self-motivated
• Credentialed with the Assemblies of God, or actively pursuing
