Volunteer Pastor Bible City Church Canoga Park, CA 91304 $1 an hour - Part-time $1 an hour - Part-time About the Role Bible City Church is seeking a passionate and dedicated Volunteer Associate Pastor to serve alongside our lead Pastor. This person will step in to lead the congregation when the lead Pastor is unavailable, and will play a key role in supporting and developing our first impressions team. This is a volunteer position with real responsibility and real opportunity for the right person, it's a launchpad for growth within the church. Responsibilities Lead services and preach when the lead Pastor is unavailable Support, mentor, and develop the first impressions team Provide pastoral care and spiritual guidance to congregation members Identify opportunities to launch or expand ministry initiatives Opportunities for Growth Propose and implement new ministries aligned with your calling and gifts The church is committed to supporting your passions This role offers a clear path for continued advancement within the church What We're Looking For A gifted communicator who can preach and teach effectively A servant leader with a heart for people and team-building Someone with vision, integrity, and a genuine call to ministry Compensation This is an unpaid volunteer position.
