This role involves inspiring, mentoring, and guiding young individuals through their faith journey, fostering a vibrant environment for spiritual development, biblical understanding, and community engagement. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a heart for pastoral care, and the ability to connect with culturally diverse communities. As a key spiritual leader, you will develop engaging programs, deliver impactful sermons, and provide compassionate support to young adults navigating life's challenges. Responsibilities Lead dynamic youth and young adult services that inspire and engage participants through relevant teaching and activities. Organize and execute events that promote fellowship, outreach, and spiritual growth within the youth community. Deliver impactful sermons and presentations that resonate with young audiences, utilizing strong public speaking and presentation skills. Mentor youth through one-on-one counseling sessions, fostering personal development and spiritual maturity. Collaborate with church leadership to develop programs that address the needs of the congregation, including Christian counseling initiatives. Communicate effectively with parents, volunteers, and church staff to build strong partnerships in ministry efforts. Qualifications Proven experience in religious leadership within nonprofit faith-based organizations or churches. Strong background in teaching religious studies, biblical theology, and Christian counseling. Excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver compelling public speaking engagements. Demonstrated ability to work effectively with culturally diverse communities and families. Bachelor's degree in Theology, Religious Studies or related field; advanced theological training preferred.
