Job Description
Lead Minister Gateway Christian Church Position Information Position Summary The Church Replanter will serve alongside the current staff during a season of intentional transition, shepherding the church's remnant congregation while helping lead it toward renewed gospel vitality, missional clarity, and sustainable health. This role combines the heart of a pastor, the instincts of a missionary, and the leadership courage of a church planter. This will include developing leaders, strengthening discipleship pathways, reconnecting the church with its neighbor
