Christ Overview:

The purpose of this position is to facilitate Christ-centered musical worship for our Sunday gatherings through the planning, preparing and leading of musical worship. Responsibilities and Key Tasks Work with Lead Pastor to select songs and shape gatherings Help set up sound and audio for the Sunday service Set up for and Lead rehearsal time on Sunday mornings before service Spend time in prayer and preparation prior to Sunday morning Learn and use church software for setting up music the Sunday's you worship. Work with Lead Pastor as needed to work on special projects pertaining to worship at CTR Qualifications Cultivating the care of your soul through the regular practice of spiritual disciplines Committed to growing in character and competence Affirmation of the Evangelical Free Statement of Faith At least 2 years experience volunteering and/or leading worship music and teams Ability to communicate with, cooperate and oversee adult and youth volunteers

Accountability:

Reports to Lead Pastor Chris Stastny Status Contract Employment Pay is $200 per week

Sunday:

4 hrs 8:00 am-12:00 pm

Pay:
