This role balances the spiritual—teaching and tending to the flock—with the tactical—ensuring our systems and volunteers are primed for growth. We are looking for a detail-oriented leader who loves Jesus, loves people, and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves in a non-traditional ministry setting. Key Responsibilities 1. Leadership & Pastoral Care Collaborate with the Lead Pastor and Staff to shape Sunday worship and daily operations. Provide active pastoral care, fostering intimacy with Jesus while addressing the practical, everyday needs of the congregation. Serve the community in ways that encourage people to lookUP to Jesus, leanIN to each other, and reachOUT to those in need. Teach and preach Biblical truth across various settings (Sunday mornings, small groups, or workshops). 2.
Administration & Systems Engagement Tracking:
Own the attendee database; ensure visitors are followed up with, and regulars are moving toward deeper involvement. Familiarity with Nucleus, Planning Center, and Google Sheets is key here.
Volunteer Management:
Oversee the Sunday morning volunteer schedule, ensuring all roles are filled, and team members feel supported. Qualifications & "The Fit"
Spiritually Grounded:
A visible passion for the Gospel and a commitment to both discipling others and being discipled yourself.
Relational Intelligence:
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to navigate sensitive situations with discretion and confidentiality.
Operational Grit:
You are detail-oriented, technically savvy, and have a track record of "getting things done" in fast-paced environments.
Adaptability:
You thrive in a non-traditional church atmosphere and bring a "can-do" energy to the team.
Education:
Bachelor's degree preferred, though we highly value equivalent life and ministry experience.
Pay:
$30.00 - $40.00 per hour
