Minister of Music & Media Cinco Baptist Church Cinco Baptist Church is seeking a Minister of Music & Media to provide spiritual, musical, and creative leadership for the church's worship and media ministries. This individual will help advance the mission of Cinco Baptist Church through Christ-centered worship, discipleship, and effective media communication. The ideal candidate will have a strong personal relationship with Jesus Christ, a calling to worship ministry, and a desire to lead others in meaningful, biblically grounded worship. As a staff member, the Minister of Music & Media will be expected to become an active member of Cinco Baptist Church and support the church's doctrine, mission, vision, and values. Primary Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and lead weekly worship services and special services. Select biblically sound music consistent with the doctrine and direction of Cinco Baptist Church. Lead congregational worship and provide leadership to the choir, praise team, instrumentalists, and special music ministries. Recruit, develop, disciple, and encourage worship and media ministry volunteers. Foster spiritual growth and servant leadership among ministry participants. Oversee the church's media and communications ministry, including the website, ProPresenter, worship presentations, livestream, audiovisual systems, announcements, digital communications, advertisements, and promotional materials. Recruit, train, and schedule media and audiovisual volunteers. Work collaboratively with the Pastor, Church Administrator, staff, committees, and other ministry leaders. Plan and support concerts, seasonal productions, outreach opportunities, and other worship-related events. Provide strategic leadership for the continued growth and development of the church's worship and media ministries. Assist with ministry budgeting and demonstrate responsible stewardship of church resources. Qualifications A strong personal relationship with Jesus Christ and a clear calling to worship ministry. A Bachelor's degree in Music, Worship Arts, Ministry, or a related field. Experience in worship leadership, music ministry, or church ministry leadership. Musical proficiency with the ability to lead congregational worship vocally and/or instrumentally. Working knowledge of worship technology, presentation software, audiovisual systems, church websites, livestreaming, and digital communications. Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and relationship-building skills. The ability to effectively recruit, train, lead, and disciple volunteers. A collaborative spirit and the ability to work effectively with church leadership, staff, committees, and members. High standards of Christian character, personal integrity, and servant leadership.
