Complexity of Work:

Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, working with minimal supervision. Works well within a team environment, functioning with independence and flexibility, managing multiple pastoral concerns and priorities. Works effectively in stressful and crisis situations, giving particular attention to the support of and communication with clinical staff.

Required Work Experience:

Must have at least one (1) year of hospital ministry experience. Bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred.

CPE or equivalent preferred.
