Job Description

Lead Pastor - Cambridge City Christian Church Position Summary Cambridge City Christian Church is seeking a Lead Pastor who is a passionate, servant-oriented preacher and visionary leader. The Lead Pastor will serve alongside the eldership to equip the body of Christ for ministry and mission. The primary focus is on preaching and teaching the Word of God, building meaningful relationships within the congregation, and fostering healthy church growth. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial yet collaborative, committed to scriptural truth applied in cultural context, and focused on reaching young adults, young families, youth, and underprivileged individuals in the community while nurturing the existing congregation. Success will be measured by a healthy, growing church where the congregation applies biblical teaching and where the pastor builds strong relational connections. Cambridge City Christian Church is a welcoming, positively regarded congregation in a community with both established families and underprivileged populations. We are excited to welcome a Lead Pastor who will help us reach the next generation while faithfully caring for our current members through biblical preaching, relational ministry, and Spirit-led vision.
