Responsibilities The Minister of Outreach will: 1. Build relationships with young families throughout our community. 2. Develop creative outreach opportunities that attract children, teens, parents, and young adults. 3. Create partnerships with local schools, youth organizations, businesses, and neighborhood groups. 4. Plan family-friendly events such as movie nights, game nights, cookouts, holiday celebrations, parenting workshops, community service projects, and seasonal events. 5. Welcome first-time guests and help them become connected within the life of the church. 6. Recruit, equip, and encourage volunteers who have a passion for serving children, youth, and families. 7. Work alongside church leadership to develop innovative strategies for church growth. Utilize social media and digital communication to effectively engage younger generations.
