Job Description
Crossroads is seeking a qualified candidate to serve as our Downtown Children's Pastor. Crossroads has two locations in Kokomo, Indiana, and this full-time position will provide pastoral leadership and ministry to children and families at our Downtown campus. In addition to overseeing and developing the children's ministry at the Downtown location, this position will include providing pastoral care and leadership for children who participate in Celebrate Recovery on Thursday evenings. We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about reaching children with the Gospel, developing ministry leaders and volunteers, partnering with parents, and creating an environment where children can grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ.
