Job Description
After 28 years of faithful service to Grace Community Church of Dodge City, KS our Pastor has retired, and we are in search of a new Senior Pastor for the first time since our church inception. Grace Community Church is an independent, non-denominational church in the Baptist tradition of faith and practice. Grace Community is an Elder lead, Bible believing congregation with the mission of exalting Christ, proclaiming His word, building His church, all by the power of His Spirit. We are seeking a Godly man who is responsible to the church for proclaiming the Gospel of Jesus Christ, for using his skills in administrative leadership, for engaging in pastoral care ministries to meet the needs of persons in the church and in the community, and to act as the chief administrator of the ministerial and vocational staff.
