Job Description
- A follower of Jesus Christ with a heart for the local church and willingness to become a member of FBC Richmond
- Ordained minister who affirms the Baptist Faith and Message
- Bachelor's degree (business, admin, communication, HR, or related) or equivalent leadership experience
- Seminary degree (or actively pursuing one) preferred
- 5+ years in church administration, financial oversight, or supervisory leadership preferred
- Strong communicator, organized, and a proven team leader
- Comfortable with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Planning Center
